How are calls being charged?

You only pay the costs of the access number you dial. All rates specified include VAT and are valid 24 hours a day. Your charges will automatically appear on your normal (BT) bill. There are no further hidden costs for using this service. When using our access numbers from a mobile phone operator surcharges may apply. It's advisable to check this with your mobile operator.
