How do I call a number?
Lookup the access number for your destination en call this number. After the
rate notification, just dial the international number you wish to call
terminated with the has ('#') key (e.g. 00-countrycode-subscriptionnumber#).
After dialing the access number it actually works like a regular call using
your normal telecom operator.
What are the costs?
You only pay the costs of the access number. The costs of your calls will
automatically appear on your normal (BT) bill. There are no futher hidden
costs for the use of our services. You will not receive a bill from us. Attention:
When using our services from a mobile phone surcharges may be applied by your
mobile operator. It's advisable to consult your operator.
Can I start a new conversation without hanging up?
Yes, this is possible. You can always hang up and/or go back to the mainmenu
pressing the hask ('#') key. This ends the conversation without disconnecting
you from our acess number.
Do I get a specified bill?
No, you don't get a specified bill from us. You receive the bill from your own
telecom provider (BT).
Where do I apply?
Applying/registering for our service is not necassary. We offer an instant
saving/dialing service.
